2. Everyone knows that it is best not to do strenuous exercise when you are full. You also need to pay attention to this when using a massage pillow, not only after a full meal, but also after an empty stomach, drunkenness and strenuous exercise.
Because if massage is performed at this time, the blood flow rate will be accelerated, or the peristalsis of the stomach will be enhanced, causing nausea, vomiting, chest tightness, shortness of breath and other discomforts.
After an hour or so of strenuous exercise, it can be used as a muscle relaxant.
3. Another thing to note is that patients with diabetes, skin diseases, infectious diseases, lymphadenitis, and blood diseases should use massage pillows with caution. If you have to use it, pay special attention to the first 3 points.
4. If you are unfortunately suffering from diseases such as tumors, it is not suitable to use electronic massage pillows for massage where the tumor is located.
The stimulation of the massage pillow on the body surface will cause telangiectasia, which will increase the local blood flow, leading to the spread of the lesion and aggravating the condition.
5. In addition, if the fracture or joint dislocation is in the early stage, electronic massage pillows cannot be used~
Due to the effect of muscle tension, bone displacement will be caused. If electronic massage is performed too early, the bone displacement will be exacerbated, which is not conducive to recovery. However, massage pillows can still be used as auxiliary treatment in the later stage.

6. Pregnant women and children should not use electronic massage pillows. Women should not use massage pillows during menstruation to promote blood circulation and avoid excessive menstrual flow or menstrual disorders.
